How Exercise Changed My Life

I used to think of exercise as a chore, something I had to do to stay in shape. It wasn’t until I started learning about the role of physical activity in longevity that I began to see exercise in a new light. Now, it’s an integral part of my daily routine, and I can’t imagine my life without it.
